For those of you who know who I am, know that I have been writing in my blog since 2009. I dabbled in blogging with various topics, but always came back to writing about love, relationships, and life in general here on "Yolande du Plessis". I am in no way abandoning my writing (for those of you who noticed that the archive is missing), merely realigning things and re-evaluating other things.
It is a new year and with a new year comes new ideas. I have completed my Honours in English (I hope - still waiting for final results) and decided that I should take a new lease on my writing and start afresh. I realized that to change, I need to change the posts and decided that I could not keep any of my previous posts in their original state and removed them all. Besides being a bit too personal, the original posts may offend those I interact with on a daily basis.
Writing is what is important to me and I would still like to share my writing with you. I am just making a few changes and looking into new avenues of my craft.
